The Riverdale Jewish Center

This 45,000 project consisted of constructing a new multi-story sanctuary as well as a total renovation of the existing building.

The new addition involved excavation, rock removal, shoring & underpinning the existing structure while occupied. A new multi-story elevator and handicapped access ramp was installed as well as new electrical, water, sewer and gas services.

Mechanical upgrades included the installation of two 75 ton roof mounted chillers and sound enclosures, two dual fuel boilers and all related piping, sheetmetal work and controls to service the entire facility.
