Renovation of existing 7th and 8th floor of the Perleman Building into class 1,000 and 10,000 GMP clean rooms.

Emergency Chiller

This project was the installation of a 400-ton Electric Chiller on the roof of the Tisch Building and all associated infrastructure needed to operate the unit. Used as an augmentation to the existing chilled water systems, this unit had to be integrated into the HVAC systems without the disruption of services.
